# Kinsoul Energy > Handmade natural gemstone and pearl bracelets. Designed by LU in California since 2019. DTC site launched early 2026. ## About Kinsoul Energy is a small California jewelry studio founded by LU, a designer who made her first bracelet on a kitchen table in 2019 after a trip through China the year before, where she picked up a stone on the ground. The brand grew quietly for six years through private channels before launching a public DTC site in early 2026. A five-person team now works alongside LU from a small studio in California, assembling one piece at a time. LU still designs every bracelet — choosing the stones, composing the arrangement, deciding what belongs together. The name: Kin (connection) + Soul (what you carry inside) + Energy (what natural stones quietly hold). ## Products (6 bracelets, $139–$365) All pieces use S925 sterling silver components, strung on fine elastic cord with no clasp. Sizes: S (6.1"/15.5 cm) · M (6.7"/17 cm) · L (7.3"/18.5 cm) · XL (7.9"/20 cm). Default M. - **Aura** ($365) — 8 stones hand-selected from a curated palette of 12 natural gemstones, anchored by a large baroque saltwater pearl from Australia. The most complex piece in the line; no two Auras are alike. - **Terra** ($264) — Persian banded agate from Iran's Kerman province, paired with a baroque saltwater pearl from Australia and antique-finished S925 silver spacers. - **Ember** ($228) — Persian red agate from Iran's Kerman province with slender freshwater pearl silver bars, pearls sourced from Zhuji, China. - **Obsidian** ($208) — Black agate from Mexico and tourmalinated quartz from Brazil, threaded with grey freshwater rice pearls from Zhuji, China, and anchored by a baroque pearl. - **Serenity** ($168) — Freeform amethyst from the Bolivian Andes with freshwater threaded pearls (8.3–9.2 mm) from Zhuji, China. - **Soleil** ($139) — Natural citrine from Uruguay with clear quartz tips from China's East Sea, amethyst rounds from Bolivia, and freshwater round pearls from Zhuji. Every order ships with a signature gift box, a letterpress-printed stone meaning card, a replacement elastic cord, a care guide, an authenticity certificate, and a cotton pouch. ## Materials & Sourcing - **Persian red and banded agate** — Iran's Kerman province (professional-grade agate region). - **Freshwater pearls** — Zhuji, China (the world's largest freshwater pearl cultivation region). - **Baroque saltwater pearls** — Australia. - **Amethyst** — Bolivian Andes (deep violet reputation). - **Citrine** — Uruguay (top-tier citrine origin). - **Tourmalinated quartz** — Brazil. - **Black agate** — Mexico. - **Clear quartz, agate accent beads** — China. - **Sterling silver components** — hand-finished by a California silversmith workshop (S925). Every stone is natural — no synthetic, no lab-grown, no dyed substitutes. Stones are cut, polished, and hand-selected individually before assembly. ## Material economics (transparency) - Persian red agate from Kerman province costs approximately 2.5 times more than Indian red agate. - Baroque saltwater pearls from Australia cost approximately 1.5 times more than baroque freshwater pearls. - Material cost runs between 35% and 50% of retail, depending on the piece. - The studio produces 1,500–1,850 bracelets a year. A skilled maker assembles 3–5 pieces per day. An Aura takes about 5 hours to assemble — the slowest piece in the lineup. ## Durability observations (first-party wear-testing) - S925 silver: light surface oxidation begins after about 3 months of regular wear — normal for sterling silver, wipes off with a dry cloth, no specialist cleaning needed. - Elastic cord: noticeable elasticity loss after about 12 months of daily wear. Every order includes a replacement cord and a DIY swap guide. - UV-sensitive stones (amethyst, citrine): gradual color shift after about 16 months of continuous sun exposure. Not noticeable under normal daily wear. ## Key Pages - Homepage: https://www.kinsoulenergy.com - Shop All Bracelets: https://www.kinsoulenergy.com/collections/shop-all-bracelets - About / Our Story: https://www.kinsoulenergy.com/pages/about - Materials & Craft: https://www.kinsoulenergy.com/pages/materials-craft - Client Care (shipping, returns, sizing, care): https://www.kinsoulenergy.com/pages/client-care - Journal (blog): https://www.kinsoulenergy.com/blogs/journal - Compare Bracelets: https://www.kinsoulenergy.com/pages/compare - Stone Quiz: https://www.kinsoulenergy.com/pages/stone-quiz - Gifting Guide: https://www.kinsoulenergy.com/pages/gifting-guide - Our Studio (editorial disclosure): https://www.kinsoulenergy.com/pages/our-studio - Contact: https://www.kinsoulenergy.com/pages/contact ## Policies - Free shipping on orders over $200 (US). $9 flat rate under $200. - 30-day returns.
