Are the stones real?
Every gemstone and pearl is 100% natural. We never use synthetic or lab-created materials. Each order includes an authenticity certificate so you can wear your piece with complete confidence.
Why does each piece look different?
Because nature doesn't do identical. Every stone has its own color, pattern, and shape — that's not a flaw, it's what makes your bracelet yours. The piece you receive may vary slightly from the photos, and that's by design.
How do I choose my size?
We offer four sizes: S (6.1" / 15.5 cm), M (6.7" / 17 cm), L (7.3" / 18.5 cm), and XL (7.9" / 20 cm). Not sure? M fits most wrists comfortably. You can also use a credit card to quickly find your size — bend it into a C-shape against your wrist and see how the ends meet.
Can I request a custom size?
We'll do our best. Reach out to us at hello@kinsoulenergy.com with the piece you'd like and your wrist measurement, and we'll let you know what's possible.
Shipping & Delivery
United States
Orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days. Most orders reach you within a week. Every shipment includes a tracking number — you'll receive it by email as soon as your order ships.
International
We ship worldwide with the same rates — free over $200, $9 flat rate under $200. International orders arrive in 7–13 business days. Tracking included on every order.
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind?
It happens. You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece — unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is on you, and once we receive the piece, your refund is processed within 72 hours.
Need a different size? We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship the new size as soon as your return is on its way — completely free.
Something arrived damaged?
Every piece is carefully inspected and documented before shipping — so if anything happens in transit, we can resolve it quickly for you.
If something doesn't arrive the way it should, just send us a few photos at hello@kinsoulenergy.com. We'll get a fresh piece on its way to you — no need to send anything back, no extra cost, no hassle.

Know Your Materials
Each material in your bracelet has its own character. A few things worth knowing.
Freshwater Pearls
Ember · Obsidian · Terra · Serenity · Aura
Pearls love to be worn. Your skin's natural oils help them stay luminous — so don't save them for special occasions. Pearls stored too long without wearing can slowly lose their glow. One simple rule: put them on last, take them off first — after perfume, before washing your hands.
Amethyst & Citrine
Serenity · Soleil · Aura
These stones are sensitive to prolonged sunlight — extended exposure can gradually fade their natural color. When you're not wearing your bracelet, tuck it into its pouch and store it away from direct light. A nightstand drawer is perfect.
Lapis Lazuli
Aura
Lapis lazuli is a porous stone — it can absorb liquids and oils if exposed. Never soak or rinse your Aura bracelet. If it needs cleaning, use only a dry, soft cloth. This is the one stone that truly needs to stay dry.
S925 Sterling Silver
All bracelets
Silver naturally darkens over time — this is oxidation, not damage. It's a sign your piece is real. A gentle polish with a soft cloth restores the shine in seconds. Some of our pieces feature intentionally aged silver details — those are meant to stay dark.
Will my stones change over time?
Natural stones and pearls may develop a subtle patina — a soft shift in tone that comes from being worn and loved. This is completely normal and part of their organic character. Your bracelet is meant to age with you, not stay frozen in time.
What if the cord stretches or breaks?
Every order includes a replacement stretch cord — so you're covered. If you need help restringing, email us at hello@kinsoulenergy.com and we'll walk you through it. It's simpler than you think.
