  At Kinsoul Energy, every order is hand-packed with care and shipped in our signature gift packaging — no extra charge, no extra steps.
  Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

  ## Shipping Rates

  We keep shipping simple — the same rates apply worldwide.

  These rates apply to **both domestic and international orders**.

  ## Order Processing

  - Orders are processed and packed within **1–3 business days** of being placed
  - Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
  - You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking once your
  order ships

  ## Delivery Times

  ### United States

  - Most orders arrive in **5–10 business days** after shipping
  - The majority of US orders reach customers within **a week**
  - Tracking included on every order

  ### International

  - We ship worldwide
  - International orders typically arrive in **7–13 business days** after shipping
  - Tracking included on every order

  Please note: delivery times are estimates and **do not include the 1–3 business day processing window**. Total time from order to delivery
   is typically 6–13 business days for the US and 8–16 business days internationally.

  ## Order Tracking

  Every shipment includes a tracking number. You'll receive it by email as soon as your order ships — no need to ask. If you don't see the
  tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then reach out to us at
  **hello@kinsoulenergy.com**.

  ## Gift Packaging Included

  Every order arrives in our **signature gift packaging** — the linen drawstring pouch, tissue paper wrapping, meaning card, and
  authenticity certificate. There's **no extra charge and no extra step** at checkout. Whether you're buying for yourself or as a gift, your
   piece arrives ready to be opened.

  ## International Customs, Duties & Taxes

  For international orders, please note:

  - **Customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the responsibility of the customer**, and are not included in the shipping cost
  or order total
  - These fees are determined by your country's customs office and are not collected by Kinsoul Energy
  - We are unable to predict or refund customs charges
  - Refusing a delivery due to customs fees does not entitle you to a refund of the original shipping cost

  Please check your local customs regulations before placing an international order if you're unsure what to expect.

  ## Shipping Address

  - Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order
  - Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address
  - If you notice an address error **before your order ships**, email us immediately at **hello@kinsoulenergy.com** and we'll do our best to
   update it
  - We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  ## Lost or Stolen Packages

  If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier first
  2. Contact us at **hello@kinsoulenergy.com** as soon as possible
  3. We'll work with the carrier to investigate

  We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but stolen from the delivery location. We strongly recommend using a
   secure delivery address.

  ## Damaged in Transit

  Every piece is carefully inspected and documented before shipping. If your order arrives damaged in transit:

  1. Email us at **hello@kinsoulenergy.com** as soon as you notice the issue
  2. Include your order number and **clear photos** of the damaged item and the packaging
  3. We will send you a **replacement piece at no cost** — and in most cases, you do not need to return the original

  ## Order Cancellations & Changes

  We process orders within 1–3 business days. If you need to cancel or change your order, email **hello@kinsoulenergy.com** as soon as
  possible:

  - If your order has **not yet entered our packaging process**, we'll cancel or update it for you
  - Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you are welcome to return it under our standard 30-day
  return policy once it arrives

  ## Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

  During major holiday seasons (late November through early January) and high-volume sale periods, processing and delivery times may be
  slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering early during these times to ensure timely delivery, especially for gifts.
