Who we are

Kinsoul Energy was founded in 2019 by LU, a designer who started hand-making bracelets on her kitchen table in California after a 2018 trip to China where she found a stone on the ground. What began as a single piece grew into a six-piece collection. For years, the work stayed small — offline, personal, shared with friends and private clients.

In early 2026, we launched kinsoulenergy.com so anyone could access what had previously been limited to word of mouth. Today a full-time team of five works from our small California studio. LU still designs every piece.

How we research, write, and publish

This Journal is written by the Kinsoul Studio team. Our editorial workflow is transparent:

Research: We use internal tools (keyword research, competitive analysis, source aggregation) to support the early research phase. We cite external sources whenever we reference data we didn't generate ourselves.
Writing: Drafts are produced by our team with the support of writing tools. Every draft is structurally reviewed and edited by a named human editor.
Editing: Articles are edited by Kevin, our Content Editor.
Verification: LU (Founder & Designer) reviews every article for material accuracy and brand voice before publication.
Publishing: Articles ship only after the full review cycle. We publish monthly, not daily — we'd rather say something worth reading.

We believe readers deserve to know how content is made. AI-assisted drafting is a tool, not a byline — every published piece is owned by a named human editor and verified by the founder of the studio.

What we don't do

We don't make pseudoscientific claims — no energy healing, no chakra balancing, no crystal cures.
We don't publish unverified product advice. If it's in the Journal, we've tested it or cited it.
We don't run undisclosed sponsored content or affiliate-driven reviews.
We don't inflate our history. Kinsoul Energy is a new DTC brand (online since early 2026) — we'd rather be honest than pretend to be old.
